30-minute call with one of the founders. We listen first. If we think we can help, you get a written scope, fixed price, and timeline within 3 working days. No proposal deck, no follow-up sales pressure. If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you that and point you elsewhere.

Who builds my project?

Every commercial project is led by a Colvex engineer who is your direct point of contact end-to-end. You don't get handed off, same person from discovery through delivery and support.

How much does a typical project cost?

Indicative ranges: Strategy roadmap £1,500-£3,000. Automation £3,000-£8,000 depending on number of workflows. Analytics dashboards £3,000-£10,000 depending on data sources. Systems integration £5,000-£15,000. You get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing surprises.

How do you handle GDPR and our client data?

We sign a Data Processing Agreement before any data moves. EU data stays in EU regions (we default to AWS Frankfurt or Azure Netherlands). Access is restricted to the named engineer on your project. We don't train models on your data. Sub-processors and retention periods are listed in the DPA. Happy to share a sample before you commit.

How do we prove our systems are safe?

We validate each solution with real test data, staged rollouts, access controls, and logging so you can see what the system is doing. Human review remains in place for edge cases and anything sensitive, and we document the safeguards before launch.

What protections are in place?

Protected deployments include least-privilege access, secure credential handling, audit trails, and fallback paths if an automation cannot complete a task. We design systems to reduce risk, not shift it elsewhere.

What happens after the 30-day support window?

You own all the code, infrastructure, and documentation. Nothing is locked behind us. Optional ongoing support packages: £400/month (monitoring + bug fixes, 4-hour response) or £1,200/month (above plus monthly improvement work). Most clients run independently after handover.

No. You describe the problem in your words, we translate it into technical scope. Every deliverable comes with plain-English documentation and a handover session for your team.
